Police Department
Social media personality HSTikkyTokky has been detained following evading law enforcement for almost twelve months in connection with reported traffic violations.
The 24-year-old, identified as Harrison Sullivan, had a warrant from local authorities for missing a legal hearing subsequent to a accident in Surrey's Virginia Water in March 2024.
Authorities had previously launched an appeal for leads after the motorist of a high-performance vehicle linked to a collision with another car fled the location.
Mr Sullivan, who skipped a scheduled hearing in November, had since posted videos on online platforms from Qatar.
A announcement from Surrey Police on the start of the week stated: "One young man from Hutton, Essex was taken into custody on the end of the week for failing to appear at court for dangerous driving.
"He was presented at a local court on Saturday and is being held ahead of a subsequent court appearance at another court on early next week."
The judicial body verified that allegations included failing to stop after an incident, operating a vehicle while handling a mobile phone, and driving without proper coverage.
